National Day 1986 - 50 baisa

Issued in 1986 as part of the National Day commemorative series, this stamp features Burj Al Sahwa (Tower of Awakening), one of the most recognizable modern landmarks in Oman. Located near Muscat, the monument was erected to symbolize the Omani Renaissance (Al-Nahda) initiated under the leadership of Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
